What to Know
At Level Up Aesthetics, We value your time and ours. Our policies are designed to keep the booking process smooth and ensure every client receives the best experience possible.
Cancellation Policy:
We require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $50 fee or forfeiture of deposit.
Late Arrival Policy:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your treatment and a late fee may apply.
Deposits:
Certain services may require a deposit to hold your appointment time. Deposits are applied toward your treatment total and are non-refundable if the appointment is missed or canceled late.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds on services already rendered. Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened and in original packaging.
Medical Considerations:
Some treatments require medical clearance or adjustments based on your health history. Please notify us of any recent procedures, new medications, or health changes prior to your appointment.
