Dr. Anthony Valle

CEO & Founder

Dr. C. Anthony Valle is the Founder and Medical Director of Level Up Aesthetics, a physician-led medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Orange County, California. With more than 25 years of clinical experience, he brings an evidence-based approach to aesthetic medicine, combining advanced medical science and technology with personalized patient care.

A graduate of Harvard Medical School, Dr. Valle trained under renowned dermatologist Dr. Thomas B. Fitzpatrick, whose mentorship helped shape his longstanding interest in skin biology and laser medicine. He also served 20 years in the United States Air Force as a NASA-trained Flight Surgeon supporting the NASA Space Shuttle Program and was recognized as the U.S. Air Force Physician of the Year in 2005.

Today, Dr. Valle’s practice focuses on advanced skin rejuvenation and aesthetic medicine, including laser and light-based therapies, injectables, regenerative aesthetic treatments, medical-grade skincare, and physician-guided wellness, with an emphasis on scientifically supported treatments and natural-looking results.

Co-Founder

Jessica brings 20 years of leadership and systems expertise to Level Up Aesthetics. She holds two master's degrees, from CSU Long Beach and CSU Dominguez Hills, along with an administrative credential. She has spent her career leading classrooms, teams, and school communities across Southern California.

A systems thinker with a creative heart, Jessica now shapes Level Up's brand vision, operations, and client experience. She helped design the studio's identity, flow, and hospitality style, making sure every detail feels intentional, welcoming, and empowering. She's known for turning vision into structure and ideas into experiences, creating spaces where people feel grounded, supported, and truly seen.

Jessica believes transformation happens when structure, heart, and passion come together, and that leadership takes clarity, creativity, and the courage to build something meaningful. Driven by a love of community and reinvention, her mission is to elevate not just a studio, but a community, bringing integrity, elevated care, and the resilience of reinvention to everything she creates.
