Dr. Anthony Valle

CEO & Founder

Dr. Anthony Valle is a retired military physician with more than 25 years of clinical experience and a strong foundation in elite academic training. He earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA and went on to complete his medical education at Harvard Medical School, where he trained under the legendary Dr. Thomas B. Fitzpatrick, widely regarded as the “Father of American Dermatology” and a pioneer of pigmentation science, ultraviolet light research, and the Fitzpatrick Skin Phototype Scale.

This world-class training laid the foundation for Dr. Valle’s 25+ years of experience diagnosing and treating complex skin diseases and conditions across all skin types.

Dr. Valle served 20 years on active duty in the United States Air Force as a NASA-trained Flight Surgeon and Pediatrician, providing care for veterans, military members, and their families. During his Air Force career, he held multiple leadership positions, including Chief of Medical Staff, Deputy Commander, and Chief of Aerospace Medicine, and was honored as the Air Force Physician of the Year in 2005.

Today, Dr. Valle brings his deep clinical expertise, precision-driven approach, and commitment to safety to the field of aesthetic medicine. At Level Up Aesthetics & Wellness, he blends advanced technology with evidence-based skin science to deliver natural, refined, and confidence-building results while always prioritizing skin health first.

Jessica brings 20 years of leadership and systems expertise to Level Up Aesthetics. With two master’s degrees from CSU Long Beach and CSU Dominguez Hills, along with her administrative credential, she has spent her career leading classrooms, teams, and school communities across Southern California.

A systems thinker with a creative heart and a lot of passion, Jessica now channels her strengths into shaping Level Up’s brand vision, operations, and uplifting client experience. She helped design the studio’s identity, flow, and hospitality style, ensuring every detail feels intentional, welcoming, and empowering.

A visionary leader who transforms communities, Jessica is known for her ability to turn vision into structure and ideas into experiences. She builds environments where people feel grounded, supported, and inspired to transform. Her passion is community and reinvention, and her work reflects her commitment to integrity, elevated care, and creating a space where people feel truly seen and safe.

Jessica’s guiding philosophy is that transformation happens when structure, heart, and passion come together. She believes that leadership is clarity, creativity, and the courage to build something meaningful. Her mission is to elevate not just a studio, but a community. She brings the resilience of reinvention to everything she creates.
